Wineshark Cooking Class - Baked Pork Chop with Rice Sauce 焗豬扒飯汁

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Chicken stock - 500 ml
  • Flour - 4 tbsp
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Onion - 1/2
  • Carrot - 1
  • Mushroom - 8 
Procedures:

1. Cut the carrot into dices. Cut the onion into pieces.


2. Blanch the vegetable, then remove and drip dry.


3. Melt the butter and add in the flour to cook at low heat. 


4. Gradually add the chicken stock and use a whisk to mix well.


5. Add tomato paste and season. 


6. Add the vegetables and cut mushroom to the sauce and cook for a short while.
