Ingredients (for 4):
- Lamb rack - 1
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper finely - 1/4 tsp
- Rosemary - 1 tsp
- Red wine - 2 tbsp
- Mint - 1 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Yogurt - 4 tbsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- White pepper powder - dashes
- Mustard - 1 tsp
Procedures:
1. Marinate the lamb rack with salt, black pepper finely and rosemary.
2. Pan-fry the lamb rack until half-cooked.
3. Sprinkle with red wine and let it rest.
4. Mix the yogurt with mint, honey, salt, white pepper powder and mustard.
5. Serve with the rack cut into slides along with the mint yogurt.
