Wineshark Cooking Class - Sweet Fish Curry with Pasta

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Fish fillet - 4 pieces
  • Pasta - 4 bowls
  • Pumpkin - 1/2 
  • Carrot - 1
  • Curry powder - 3 tsp
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs - 1 tsp
Procedures:

1. Marinate the fish fillet with salt and mixed herbs. 

2. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces.

3. Put the pumpkin into boiling water and cook until softened.

4. Press the pumpkin to form a puree.

5. Peel the carrot and cut into small pieces.

6. Cut the garlic into slices.

7. Heat the pan with oil, and then add half of the garlic to cook for until fragrant.

8. Add the carrot to continue to cook for a while.

9. Add the pumpkin puree, curry powder and salt. Mix well. 

10. Put the curry puree on the serving bowl.

11. Boil the pasta in boiling water according to the instruction on the package.

12. Put the pasta on top of the curry puree.

13. Heat the pan with oil, and then add the remaining garlic. 

14. Pan-fry the fish.

15. Put the fish on top of the pasta. Sprinkle with parsley.
