Wineshark Cooking Class - Black Olive Toast

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Butter - 1 oz
  • Onion - 4 oz
  • Garlic - 1 tsp
  • Anchovy - 4 
  • Black olive - 12 
  • Capers - 16
  • White wine - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper finely - dashes
  • Baguette - 8 slices
  • Parsley - 1 tsp
Procedures:

1. Cut the baguette into slices and put in oven to make it crispy.

2. Saute onion and garlic with butter.

3. Add anchovy, black olive and capers. Add white wine and then season with black pepper. 

4. Put the black olive mix on the baguette and sprinkle with parsley.
