Ingredients (for 4):
- Chicken fillet - 320 g
- Spaghetti - 6 bowls
- Red bell pepper - 1
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 3 tsp
- Corn starch - 2 tsp
- Black pepper - 2 tsp
Procedures:
1. Heat a pot of water and adding some salt, then put the spaghetti in and cook according to the packaging. Remove and drip dry.
2. Cut the chicken fillet into strips, then marinate with soy sauce, corn starch and black pepper.
3. Cut the red bell pepper into strips.
4. Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces.
5. Heat the wok with oil, then add the garlic to stir-fry until fragrant.
6. Add the chicken and continue to stir-fry.
7. Add the spaghetti and continue to stir-fry.
8. Add the red bell pepper and stir-fry for a short while then serve.
