Ingredients (for 4):
- Pork - 150 g
- Rice noodle - 400 g
- Onion - 1/2
- Yellow chives - 4 sprigs
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Dark soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Worchestershire sauce - 1/2 tbsp
- Ketchup - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Corn starch - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1/4 tsp
Procedures:
1. Mix the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Worchestershire sauce, ketchup and sugar.
2. Cut the onion into shreds.
3. Chop the garlic finely.
4. Cut the yellow chives into sections.
5. Cut the pork into slices.
6. Marinate the pork with garlic and corn starch, and then add 1/2 tbsp of the mixed sauce. Add another 1/2 tbsp of oil before stir-fry.
7. Loosen the rice noodle with hands, and then add the remaining mixed sauce.
8. Heat the wok with 1.5 tbsp of oil, then add the pork and stir-fry until nearly cooked. Remove.
9. Add the onion in, and stir-fry until half-cooked.
10. Add the yellow chives and rice noodle. Continue to stir-fry.
11. Add the pork back in, continue to stir-fry. Season with sesame oil.
