Ingredients (for 4):
- Pork loin - 400 g
- Vermicelli - 4 bundles
- Black bean - 2 tbsp
- Leek - 2
- Corn starch - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Oil - 1 tsp
Procedures:
1. Cut the pork loin into pieces, then marinate with corn starch and soy sauce.
2. Cut the leek into pieces.
3. Soak the black beans in water, then drip dry and crush.
4. Soak the green bean vermicelli in water till softened, then drip dry.
5. Heat a pot of water and put in the vermicelli until cooked.
6. Heat the wok with oil, then stir fry the leek.
7. Add the black beans and continue to stir fry.
8. Add the pork loin and continue to stir fry.
9. Add water into the wok.
10. Add in the vermicelli and mix well.
