Ingredients (for 4):
- Snails - 32 pieces
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Garlic finely - 1.5 tsp
- White wine - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper finely - 1/4 tsp
Procedures:
1. Boil the shells in hot water, then drip dry.
2. Heat the pan with butter, then add in the garlic.
3. Saute the snails for a short while.
4. Add white wine and seasonings. Then remove to cool down.
5. Put the snails inside the shell, then coat with some snails butter.
6. Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
