Ingredients (for 4):
- Spareribs - 400 g
- Sour plum - 3
- Sliced sour ginger - 8 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chili - 1
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Corn starch - 1 tsp
- Bean paste - 2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
Procedures:
1. Chop the spareribs into small pieces, after washing, then marinate with salt and 2 tbsp of water for about 10 minutes.
2. Remove the seeds of the chili and then cut into thin strips. Chop the garlic cloves finely.
3. Remove the pits from the sour plum, then add the bean paste, sugar and garlic to make a paste.
4. Add the paste and corn starch to the spareribs, marinate evenly.
5. Add the teaspoon of oil to the spareribs, then coat with the sour ginger slices and sprinkle the chili on top. Steam in high heat for about 10 minutes.
