Ingredients (for 4):
- Pork neck filet - 400g
- Shrimp paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Ginger - 30g
- Chinese yellow wine - 1 tbsp
- Corn starch - 1 1/2 tsp
Procedures:
1. Peel the ginger and chop finely.
2. Wash the pork neck filet and cut into big cubes.
3. Marinate the pork with shrimp paste, sugar, ginger, Chinese yellow wine and corn starch.
4. Steam in medium high heat for 10 minutes.
