Cheeseburger

Ingredients (for 4):

  • White bread - 10 g
  • Milk - 10 ml
  • Pork - 300 g
  • Egg - 1
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Burger buns - 4
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese - 4 slices

Procedures:

1. Mince the pork meat.

2. Tear the bread into pieces and soak in milk for 5 minutes.

3. Combine the meat, egg, soaked bread, salt and white pepper powder in a large bowl.

4. Stir together until an even mixture and shape into burgers.

5. Cut the buns in half and toast them lightly in a dry pan.

6. Cook the burgers with oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, turning once during cooking.

7. Using a spatula to lift each burger onto a bun.

8. Top each burger with a slice of cheese.

9. Sandwich with the top half of the bun.
