Nutritionist Recipe - 36. Bean Vermicelli with Spicy Minced Pork

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Pork - 180g
  • Bean vermicelli - 1 bag (60 g)
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Shallot - 1
  • Chili - 1
  • Dark soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/3 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Procedures:

1. Wash the pork and drip dry, then chop into minced meat and marinate with white pepper powder and soy sauce.

2. Soak the bean vermicelli in water until softened, then drip dry.

3. Peel the shallot and chop finely.

4. Peel the garlic and chop finely.

5. Wash the chili and remove stem, then chop into pieces.
6. Heat the pan and add oil, then stir-fry the garlic and shallot until fragrant.

7. Add the minced pork and chili, continue to stir-fry until it is half-cooked.

8. Add 3/4 bowl of water and add dark soy sauce, soy sauce and sugar, and cook until the meat is well done.

9. Add bean vermicelli in, then cook until it is softened and dry.
