Nutritionist Recipe - 35. Baked Seafood Rice with Cream Sauce

Ingredients (for 3):

  • Squid - 1
  • Mussels - 9
  • Shrimp - 9
  • Egg - 2
  • Onion - 1
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • White wine - 4 tsp
  • Chicken stock - 1/3 bowl
  • Cream - 50 ml
  • Flour - 4 tsp
  • Cheese - 3 pieces
  • Rice - 4 bowls
  • Butter - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp
Procedures:

1. Remove the shell of the shrimps and remove the intestine.

2. Remove the shell of the mussels.

3. Cut the cuttlefish into rings.

4. Whisk the egg into mixture.

5. Mix the flour with 1/3 bowl of water.

6. Peel the onion and cut into strips.

7. Peel the garlic and cut finely.

8. Heat the pan and add oil, then add rice and stir-fry for a while. Then pour in the egg mixture and continue to stir-fry until the egg is well-cooked. Put the rice in baking tray.

9. Heat the pan with butter, then saute with garlic and onion. Then add the seafood to continue cooking. Add white wine, then remove the seafood.

10. Add chicken stock, cream and flour mixture, and cook until it thickens. Then add back the seafood and then pour on top of the rice.

11. Sprinkle with cheese and put in pre-heated oven (200 deg Celsius) until the cheese is melted.
