- Penne - 350 g
- Salmon (sashimi grade) - 8 to 10 pieces
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Cream - 200 ml
- Chicken broth - 250 ml
- White wine - 2 tbsp
- Cheese - 2 pieces
- Egg yolk - 1
Procedures:
1. Boil a pot of water and add salt, then cook the penne according to the time mentioned on the packing instruction. Then drip dry.
2. Peel the garlic and chop into finely.
3. Heat the pan and put the salmon. Pan-fry until golden and then flip to other side.
4. Crush the salmon into pieces and then add garlic to saute shortly.
5. Add cream, chicken broth and white wine to cook till it boils.
6. Add the penne and cook until the sauce is reduced a bit.
7. Add the cheese. When it melts, turn off the heat.
8. Add the egg yolk and stir well. Serve on a bowl and sprinkle with parsley.
