Wineshark Home Cooking - 12. Lasagna Pasta

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Flour - 6 oz
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Egg - 1/2
  • Cooking oil - 1 tsp
  • Water - 2.5 oz





Procedures:

1. Sieve the flour, then make a hole and add salt, egg and cooking oil.

2. Gradually add water and knead.

3. Wrap in plastic and leave for 45 minutes.

4. Divide into three portions, then roll to thin slides, cut to the proper sizes.

5. Boil water and add some salt, then place the lasagna in.

6. Remove and put in cool water, adding some olive oil to avoid the lasagna sticking together.
