- White stock - 2 lb 4 oz
 - Butter - 2 oz
 - Cooking oil - 2 oz
 - Plain flour - 4 oz
 - Bay leaf - 1-2
 - Avoset - 4 oz
 - Lemon juice - 1 quarter
 - Salt - 1.5 tsp
 - White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
 
Procedures:
2. Add the stock gradually, whisking until it is smooth and creamy, and cook for about 10 minutes, then add avoset and seasonings.
3. Add lemon juice at the end.
