- Potatoes - 2
- Bacon - 2 strips
- Self-raising flour - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- White pepper powder - dashes
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
1. First peel the skin off the potatoes.
2. Chop the potaotes into thin strips. Put into water to remove the starch.
3. Chop the bacon into small pieces.
4. Drip dry the potaotes strips.
5. Mix the potaotes strips with bacon, flour and seasonings.
6. Heat up the pan, then add cooking oil and pan fry the fritters. Using a fork to form it into shape.
7. Fry on both sides till it is crispy.
