Ingredients (for 2):
- Spaghetti - 160g
- Beef - 25g
- Pork - 25g
- Brown beech mushroom - 100g
- Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp
- Black pepper finely - dashes
- White dashi - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tsp
Procedures:
1. Mince the beef and pork, then mix together.
2. Remove the roots of the beech mushroom, break them apart.
3. Mince the garlic finely.
4. Boil a pot of water. Once boiling, add in the spaghetti and cook at medium heat for 2 minutes less than the recommended time on the package.
5. Pan-fry the minced meat with a bit of oil. Turn off the heat once the meat turns brown.
6. Remove the spaghetti from the pot, and transfer to the frying pan with the minced meat.
7. Add in the mushroom, white dashi, olive oil, tomato paste, minced garlic, and 150ml of the water from the pot.
8. Turn up the heat and cook until the sauce boils, then continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
9. Serve with black pepper finely and Parmesan cheese on top.
