Wineshark Home Cooking - Stir-fried Pork with Green Bell Pepper 青椒肉片


Ingredients (for 4):
  • Pork loin - 200g
  • Onion - 1
  • Green bell pepper -2
  • Flour - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger - 1 piece
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Honey - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
Procedures:

1. Cut the pork loin into slices.


2. Marinate with some salt, and then dusted with some flour. 


3. Chop the onion finely.


4. Remove the seeds from the green bell pepper. Then cut into strips of about 1cm wide.


5. Cut the ginger finely.


6. Mix the finely chopped ginger with soy sauce and honey as a sauce.


7. Pour oil into the cast iron pot, then on put the finely chopped onion at the bottom, followed by pork slices, green bell pepper, and finish by pouring the sauce on top.


8. Cover with lid and cook at medium heat until steam seeps out from the edges.


9. Open the lid and continue to stir-fry until the soup is absorbed. 


10. Serve.
