Ingredients (for 4):
- Beef - 150g
- Pork - 150g
- Fatty pork - 20g
- Tapioca starch - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Rice wine - 1 tbsp
- Bean sprouts - 500g
Procedures:
1. Cut the fatty pork into small pieces. Mince the pork.
6. Flip the meatball over and pour in the rice wine on the side of the pan. Then add in the remaining sugar and soy sauce.
7. Heat a pot of water, add in some oil and salt, then blanch the bean sprouts. Remove and place on the rim of the serving dish.
