Ingredients (for 4):
- Coriander - 1/2 cup
- Coriander stems - 1 tbsp
- Basil - 1/3 cup
- Pine nuts - 1 tbsp
- Walnut - 1/3 cup
- Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 1 tsp
Procedures:
1. Remove the stem from the basil, leaving only the leaves.
5. Blend the coriander leaves, stem, basil, garlic, pine nuts, walnut, Parmesan cheese with olive oil.
7. Place the spaghetti on the plate and then pour the pesto sauce on top. Season with a bit of salt. Mix well before eating.
