Wineshark Cooking Class - Pasta Coriander Pecan Pesto 意粉松子合桃芫荽汁


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Coriander - 1/2 cup
  • Coriander stems - 1 tbsp
  • Basil - 1/3 cup
  • Pine nuts - 1 tbsp
  • Walnut - 1/3 cup
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic - 1 tsp
Procedures:

1. Remove the stem from the basil, leaving only the leaves.


2. Cut the stems off the coriander but retain them. Then chop the leaves roughly.


3. Toast the pine nuts and walnut until fragrant. Then remove.


4. Chop the garlic finely.


5. Blend the coriander leaves, stem, basil, garlic, pine nuts, walnut, Parmesan cheese with olive oil.


6. Cook the spaghetti according to the package indicated cooking time. Then drain.


7. Place the spaghetti on the plate and then pour the pesto sauce on top. Season with a bit of salt. Mix well before eating.
