Wineshark Cooking Class - Pan-fried Chicken Wings with Soy sauce 醬烤雞翅


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Chicken wings - 6
  • Sake - 2 tbsp
  • Mirin - 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Shiitake mushroom - 4
  • Turnip - 1/5
Procedures:

1. Use the fork to poke the chicken wings with holes.


2. Mix the sake, mirin, soy sauce and sugar.


3. Marinate the chicken wings with the sauce for one hour. Then remove and wipe dry the chicken wings.


4. Remove the stem of the mushroom and cut in halves.


5. Pan-fry the chicken wings with oil, until each sides has got charred marks. 


6. Add the shiitake mushroom in, and continue to stir fry together. Cover with lid to cook for 2 minutes.


7. Pour in the sauce and turn up the heat to stir fry the chicken, then serve.
