Ingredients (for 4):
- Sole - 450 g
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup
- Sweet corn - 1/3 cup
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 250 ml
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- White pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Procedures:
1. Use kitchen paper to dry the sole fillet.
8. Add the milk in gradually, use a whisk to ensure the thickening is completely dissolved in the milk.
9. Add the sweet corn and Parmesan cheese, season with salt and white pepper powder. Cook until the sauce thickens.
