Nutritionist Recipe - 26. Cold Grey Mullet Served with Home-made Sauce

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Grey mullet - 1
  • Lemon - 1/2
  • Lemongrass - 2
  • Chili - 2
  • Lime - 1
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Fish sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Sugar - 2 tsp


Procedures:

1. Remove the stem of chili and cut into pieces.

2. Wash the lime and cut into slices.

3. Peel the garlic and chop finely.

4. Mix the above with fish sauce and sugar to make the sauce.

5. Wash the lemon and cut into slices.

6. Wash the lemongrass and then hammer it.

7. Wash the grey mullet and drip dry, then cut into the belly and stuff with lemon and lemongrass.

8. Steam the grey mullet for 8 minutes. 

9. Once cooled down, put the grey mullet into fridge. Serve cold.
