Family Meal Recipe - 7. Melon with Cured Ham

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Large ripe melon - 1/2
  • Cured ham thinly sliced - 100 g









Procedures:

1. Cut the melon in half, then trim off the ends.

2. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon.

3. Cut the melon into wedges about 2.5cm wide.

4. You will need around 2 slices per person. Place the melon wedges on a serving dish.

5. Place the ham slices on another serving dish.

6. Serve the ham and melon separately.
