- Flour - 8 oz
- Water - 1 lb 1 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Salt - dashes
- Sugar - 0.5 oz
- Lemon peel grated - 1/2 tbsp
- Whole egg - 9
Procedures:
1. Sieve the flour.
2. Boil the water with butter, salt, sugar and lemon peel grated.
3. Gradually add flour and stir well.
4. Add the egg to the flour dough and let it sit for a while.
5. Spoon a tbsp of dough and put in hot oil to deep fry.
