- Large potatoes - 2
- Bacon - 2 strips
- Self-raising flour - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- White pepper powder - dashes
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Procedures:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin strips.
2. Soak in water to remove the starch and then drip dry.
3. Add the chopped bacon, self-raising flour and seasonings.
4. Heat the pan and then use a fork to spread the mixture on the pan.
5. Pan-fry on both sides, adding oil in the process.
