Ingredients:
- Pork Chop - 2 pcs
- Salt - dashes
- Black pepper finely - dashes
Procedures:
- Marinate the pork chop with salt and black pepper finely.
- Pan-fry pork chop, first with medium fire on both sides, then use small fire.
Ingredients for the vegetable and cumin sauce:
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Onion finely - 5 oz
- Carrot finely - 4 oz
- Mushroom sliced - 6 oz
- Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
- Ginger finely - 1 tsp
- Garlic finely - 1/2 tsp
- Flour - 2 tsp
- Stock - 10 oz
- Red wine - 2 oz
- Rosemary - 2 tsp
Procedures:
- Sautee onion finely with vegetable oil, then add carrot finely.
- Add sliced mushroom.
- Add cumin, ginger and garlic finely, and then flour.
- Add stock and red wine to cook for a while till it thickens.
- Add rosemary.
