Wineshark Recipe Card - Chicken Chowder

Ingredients:
  • Bacon chopped - 4 strips
  • Onion finely - 4 oz
  • Celery sliced - 2 sticks
  • Diced potatoes - 6 oz
  • Whole kernel corn - 4 oz
  • Chicken stock - 1 lb
  • Diced cooked chicken - 4 oz
  • White pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Ground mace - dashes
  • Half and half - 4 oz
Procedures:
  1. Sautee bacon with oil.
  2. Add onion finely and sautee for about 5 min.
  3. Add celery, potatoes and stock to cook for another 15 min.
  4. Then add chicken, corn to cook for a while.
  5. Season with salt, white pepper powder and ground mace.
  6. Add half and half before serving, then sparkle biscuit on top.
