Wineshark Recipe Card - Chicken Chowder
Ingredients:
- Bacon chopped - 4 strips
- Onion finely - 4 oz
- Celery sliced - 2 sticks
- Diced potatoes - 6 oz
- Whole kernel corn - 4 oz
- Chicken stock - 1 lb
- Diced cooked chicken - 4 oz
- White pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Ground mace - dashes
- Half and half - 4 oz
Procedures:
- Sautee bacon with oil.
- Add onion finely and sautee for about 5 min.
- Add celery, potatoes and stock to cook for another 15 min.
- Then add chicken, corn to cook for a while.
- Season with salt, white pepper powder and ground mace.
- Add half and half before serving, then sparkle biscuit on top.
