Wineshark Cooking - Oyster with Salsa
Ingredients:
- Oysters - 24 pcs
- Coriander leaves - as decoration
Salsa ingredients:
- Tomatoes peeled & diced - 1 lb 4 oz
- Lime juice - 3 pcs
- Tabasco sauce - 2 tsp
- Coriander finely - 2 tsp
- Parsley finely - 4 tsp
- Onion finely - 8 oz
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Procedures:
- Cut the tomatoes at the bottom with a cross, then put in boiling water for 1-2 minutes.
- Put the tomatoes in cold water, then peel the skin and remove the seeds.
- Cut the tomatoes into dices, and then mix with all other ingredients.
- Put into the fridge for 20 minutes, then put on top of oyster, and add a coriander as decoration.
