- Pork chop - 4 pcs
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Black pepper finely - 1 tsp
- Slices of pineapple - 4 pcs
- Slices of ham - 4 pcs
- Cocktail sticks - 4 pcs
- Cooking oil
- Meat gravy
Put a slice of ham and pineapple (using tissue paper to make it dry) in between the pork chop, then use a cocktail stick to skewer.
Then pan fry the pork chop and pour the meat gravy upon serving.
