Wineshark Recipe - 33. Indian Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
  • Chicken fillet - 12oz
  • Banana sliced - 2
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Roast cashew nut - 1/2 cup
  • Raisins - 1/4 cup
  • Diced pineapple - 1/4 cup
Dressing:
  • Maynonnaise - 3 tbsp
  • Onion finely - 1 tbsp
  • Curry powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • Grated apple - 2 tbsp
  • Margo chutney - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - dashes
First boil the chicken fillet and then cut into small pieces. Add the banana, lemon juice, cashew nut, raisins and pineapple. Mix well.

Mix the dressing, putting the mayonnaise, onion, curry powder, lemon juice, apple, margo chutney and salt in a big bowl, then add the chicken and fruit.
