Ingredients (for 2):
- Spaghetti - 160g
- Bacon - 4 strips
- Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp
- White dashi - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Chili powder - 1 tsp
- Garlic - 2 tsp
Procedures:
1. Heat a pot of water to boiling, then add in the spaghetti to cook for 2 minutes less than the recommended time on the packaging.
2. Transfer the spaghetti to the frying pan. Add in 150ml of the water used to cook the spaghetti.
3. Cut the bacon into pieces.
4. Add the bacon, finely chopped garlic, white dashi, olive oil, tomato paste, and chili powder to the spaghetti.
5. Cook at medium heat until the sauce starts to boil. Then continue to cook for 3 minutes until the sauce dries up.
6. Serve with the shaved Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
