Ingredients (for 4):
- Pork belly - 1 piece (500 g)
- Pork chop - 1 piece (500 g)
- Onion - 1
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 2 tsp
Procedures:
1. Cut the pork belly in half. Then sprinkle salt on the pork.
5. Cover with lid and cook under medium heat until steam comes out from the rim. Then turn to low heat and continue to cook for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 30 minutes. Remove.
