Ingredients (for 4):
- Chicken breast - 2 pieces (600 g)
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Mirin - 2 tbsp
- Sake - 2 tbsp
- Miso - 1 tbsp
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
Procedures:
1. Cut the chicken breast in halves.
4. Heat the pot with olive oil, then put the chicken breast in. Pan-fry on all sides to give some colour.
5. Pour in soy sauce, mirin and sake. Then cover with lid and let it cook for 20 minutes at low heat.
6. Turn off the heat and add the miso in. Swirling to dissolve the miso in the sauce. Cover with lid and let the residual heat to continue to cook the chicken.
