Ingredients (for 3):
- Chicken breast - 1
- Cabbage - 1/4
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Chili powder - dashes
- Sesame - dashes
- Marinade
- Sake - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Corn starch - 1 tsp
- Sauce
- Sake - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Miso - 1 tbsp
- Sesame - 1 tbsp
Procedures:
1. Cut the cabbage into suitable sizes.
2. Cut the chicken breast into slices.
3. Mix the sauce together.
4. Marinate the chicken breast with sake, soy sauce and corn starch.
5. Heat the wok with oil, then add the chicken breast to stir fry until showing some burnt marks.
6. Add the cabbage to stir fry until it is cooked but still crunchy.
7. Pour in the sauce and stir fry together, then serve.
8. Sprinkle a bit of chili powder on top, then sprinkle with some sesame.
