Ingredients (for 4):
- Beef fillet - 4 pieces
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper finely - 1/4 tsp
- Basil leaves - 1 pack
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Pine nut - 2 oz
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 oz
- Whipping cream - 8 oz
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
Procedures:
1. Toast the pine nuts until fragrant.
5. Mix the basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, whipping cream and season with salt.
7. Heat the pan to high temperature, and sear the beef on both sides to medium rare. Then rest the beef fillet.
