Wineshark Cooking Class - Fish Stock 魚水


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Small fish - 600 g
  • Onion - 8 oz
  • Black peppercorn - 10
  • Bay leaf - 2
  • Celery sticks - 1
  • Sliced lemon - 1/2
  • Water - 1.5 litre
Procedures:

1. Shred the onion. Cut the celery stick into pieces.


2. Boil the water and then put all ingredients in to boil for 60 minutes. 


3. Drain the stock and filter through a clean cloth.
