Ingredients (for 4):
- Red prawn - 4
- Spaghetti - 200 g
- Tomato - 4
- Onion - 1
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Brandy - 10 ml
- Tomato paste - 1 tsp
- Seafood broth - 800 ml
- Olive oil - 10 ml
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper finely - 1/4 tsp
Procedures:
1. Remove the head and shell of the red prawns, and then remove the intestines.
5. Heat a pan with olive oil, and then add in the prawn heads and shell. Cook until fragrant. Then pour in the brandy and light it up.
12. Boil a pot of water and then add the spaghetti in, follow the package instruction for the amount of time needed.
