Wineshark Cooking Class - Risotto 煮意大利飯


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Butter - 1 oz
  • Onion - 6 oz
  • Arborio rice - 8 oz
  • White wine - 2 oz
  • Chicken stock - 14 oz
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 oz
Procedures:

1. Chop the onion finely.


2. Heat the butter and then saute the onion for 2-3 minutes without browning.


3. Add the arborio rice and continue to saute. Then sprinkle with white wine.


4. Gradually add the heated chicken stock and continue to cook and stir the rice, until the rice was cooked to the right level.


5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and mix well. Then serve.
