Wineshark Cooking Class - Baked Avocado Boat with Cheese and Crabmeat 芝士蟹肉牛油果杯


Ingredients (for 4):

  • Avocado - 4
  • Egg - 2
  • Crabmeat - 8 tbsp
  • Cherry tomato - 12 
  • Carrot - 1/2
  • Cheese - 4 tbsp
  • Salt - dashes
  • Black pepper finely - dashes
Procedures:

1. Cut each cherry tomato into eight.


2. Cut the carrot into slices.


3. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pits. Then flatten the bottom a bit. Put the carrot slices on tin foil, then put the avocado on top and pour in the whisked egg.


4. Bake the avocado for 8 minutes under 160 degrees Celsius. Then remove.


5. Put the crabmeat on top, then put the cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and season with salt and black pepper finely.


6. Put in oven to bake for another 5 minutes.
