Beetroot Soup

Ingredients (for 4):

  • Onion - 300 g
  • Carrot - 300 g
  • Beetroot - 450 g
  • Bay leaf - 2
  • Chicken stock - 1.5 litre
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/4 tsp



Procedures:

1. Shred the onion.

2. Cut the carrot into small slices.

3. Peel the beetroot and cut into slices.

4. Put the vegetable in the pot with the chicken stock and cook for 30 minutes.

5. Blend the ingredients together. Then reheat and season with salt and white pepper powder.

6. Serve after adding the lemon juice in the bowl.
