Ingredients (for 4):
- Chicken steak - 1 pack (400 g)
- Potato - 3
- Carrot - 2
- Cream - 1/2 box
- Milk - 1/2 box
- Onion - 1
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Shallot - 2
- Dried chili - 1 tsp
- Curry powder - 3 tsp
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Water - 3 cups
- Oil - 1 tsp
Procedures:
1. Remove the skin and fat of the chicken steak. Then rinse and dry. Cut into pieces.
2. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Keep under water before use to avoid darkening.
3. Peel the carrots and cut into pieces.
4. Peel the onion and cut into pieces.
5. Peel the shallots and cut into quarters. Chop the garlic into small pieces.
6. Heat the wok to medium temperature, then add the oil when the wok is hot. Add the onion, garlic, shallot and dried chili to stir-fry shortly.
7. Add the chicken pieces and continue to stir-fry for a short while.
8. Add 2 cups of water, then add the curry powder, cream, milk, salt in. Mix well.
9. Add the carrot and half of the potatoes, cook until the the vegetables are softened.
10. Add the remaining potatoes and continue to cook until they are softened too.
