Ingredients (for 2):
- Ripe tomatoes - 3
- Fresh basil - 20 leaves
- Extra-virgin olive oil - 4 tbsp
- Sherry vinegar - 2 tsp
Procedures:
1. Remove the stalk from the top of the tomatoes.
2. Peel the tomatoes.
3. Cut the peeled tomatoes into slices.
4. Arrange the tomatoes on the plate.
5. Season with salt.
6. Pick the basil leaves, preferably using the smaller ones.
7. Dress with the oil after scattering with basil.
8. Add a few drops of sherry vinegar.
