- Potatoes diced - 1 lb 8 oz
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Spring onion - 4
- Whipping cream - 4 oz
- Bacon finely - 4 strips
- Salt - 1 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Procedures:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into dices. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes.
2. Mix with flour, whipping cream and other seasonings.
3. Saute the bacon.
4. Pan-fry the potatoes, and put the bacon top, until golden brown. Then scramble it up.
