Wineshark Home Cooking - 46. Beignets Souffles

Ingredients (for 25):

  • Flour sifted - 8 oz
  • Water - 1 lb 1 oz
  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - dashes
  • Sugar - 0.5 oz
  • Lemon peel - 1/2 tsp
  • Whole egg - 9
  • Oil
Procedures:



1. Sift the flour.

2. Cook the other ingredients. Then add flour and stir well.

3. While the pastry is still hot, add the egg one by one. Then allow the pastry to ferment for a while.

4. Deep fry in hot oil.
