- Bacon chopped - 4 stripes
- Onion finely - 4 oz
- Celery cubes - 2 sticks
- Diced potatoes - 6 oz
- Whole kernel corn - 4 oz
- Chicken stock - 1 lb
- Diced cooked chicken - 4 oz
- White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt- 1 tsp
- Ground nutmeg - dashes
Procedures:
- Saute bacon with some oil, then add onion to cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add celery, potatoes and chicken stock to cook for another 15 minutes.
- Add the corn, diced chicken to cook for a short while, then add seasonings.
