Ingredients:

• Pork chop - 4
• Salt - dashes
• White pepper powder - dashes
• Flour
• Bread crumbs
• Egg - 1
• Oil

Procedures:

1. Marinate pork chop with salt and white pepper powder.
2. Coat pork chop with flour, then egg, then bread crumbs.
3. Deep fry pork chop till it turns golden brown.
