- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Ham sliced - 1 slice
- Dark Mushroom - 2 oz
- Spring onion - 4
- Wonton wrappers - 24 pieces
- Garlic finely - 1 tsp
- Five spice powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Mix the garlic, five spice powder, salt and black pepper powder together, then sprinkle onto the wonton wrapper. Place a stripe of chicken, ham, mushroom and spring onion on it, then fold. Use a bit of water at the end to wrap it.
Put in boiling oil to deep fry.
