Wineshark Home Cooking - Ultimate Twice-Cooked Pork 終極回鍋肉


Ingredients (for 2):
  • Pork - 250g
  • Green bell pepper - 1
  • Cabbage - 1/4
  • Leek - 1/2
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Oil - 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 2 pinches
  • Black pepper finely - 1/4 tsp
  • Tapioca starch - 2 tsp
  • Chili bean paste - 2 tbsp
  • Soya bean paste - 2 tbsp
  • Rice wine - 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Procedures:

1. Cut the pork into slices.


2. Marinate the pork slices with salt, black pepper finely and tapioca starch.


3. Cut the leek into diagonal slices.


4. Cut the green bell pepper into big pieces.


5. Cut the cabbage into big pieces. 


6. Chop the garlic into small pieces.


7. Heat the pan with oil, then stir-fry the cabbage and green bell pepper for 2-3 minutes until softened. Remove for later use.


8. Pour in another tablespoon of oil, then pan-fry the pork slices to slight brown color. 


9. Add in leek and garlic, continue to stir-fry.


10. Add in chili bean paste and stir-fry.


11. Add back the cabbage and green bell pepper in and stir-fry together. Add in the soya bean paste.


12. Add in the mix of rice wine and soy sauce. Stir-fry once more. 


13. Serve.
